1. LODGE MANAGER
- Dynamic, client focused personality, strong leader with sound understanding of P&L, PMS and POS.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in luxury lodges
2. FRONT OFFICE MANAGER
- Excellent Customer Relations, Fluent in Opera or IDS & MS Office.
- Formal Qualifications required | Minimum of 2 years experience as FOM.

3. ACCOUNTS MANAGER
- In-depth knowledge of PMS, POS, Accounting Packs, Strict in reporting & deadlines. Formal finance Qualification | Minimum of 4 years experience in Hospitality Accounting
4. COST CONTROLLER
- In-depth knowledge of PMS, POS, Materials Control, Accounting Packs, Hands on with stock takes, analytical with attention to detail.
- Formal Accounts Qualification
- Minimum of 4 years experience in Hospitality Cost Control
5. HOSPITALITY IT MANAGER
- PMS, POS, Materials Control, Cost control software packages, VingCard or similar experience, Elsafe or similar experience, CCTV, Networking, Remote troubleshooting, NAS Management, Cloud Storage Management
6. FOOD AND BEVERAGE MANAGER
- Detailed knowledge of PMS, menus and beverage lists – design and costing, Focused on Superior Guest satisfaction, Department Budgets.
- Formal Qualification
- Minimum of 4 years experience as F&B
7. EXECUTIVE CHEF
- Menu Design & Costing, Hands-on Quality Control, HACCP trained & qualified, kean on Materials Control.
- Formal Qualification required
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as 5-star Executive Chef
8. EXECUTIVE HOUSEKEEPER
- Knowledge of Opera is an advantage, Special attention to the detail, Experience with Laundry, Strong Leader and Team Player.
- Formal Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience as Executive Housekeeper in 5-star
9. MAINTENANCE MANAGER
- Effective under pressure. In-depth knowledge of Generators, Vehicles, Solar
- Attention to detail
- Cost Control and reports.
- Formally Qualified | Minimum 3 years experience as 5-star property Maintenance Manager
10. SECURITY MANAGER
- Loss prevention and control, Trained in Fire, Evacuation and First Aid, Computer Literate.
- Minimum 2 years experience in Large Company
- Previous hospitality experience is advantage.
