Coca-Cola Kwanza, a CCBA subsidiary that occupies 54% of Tanzania, employs more than 900 people. Two bottling plants in Tanzania are owned and operated by Coca-Cola Kwanza: one in Mikocheni, Dar es Salaam, and another in Mbeya. Conrad Van Niekerk is the director of the recently established Central African Region, which includes Tanzania, Uganda, and Ghana.

A fantastic opportunity is available in the People & Culture Department of Coca-Cola Kwanza Ltd. We are looking for a qualified individual with the requisite skills and knowledge in learning and development to work as a Technical Trainer, Learning & Development Manager, and Distribution Driver in Dar es Salaam.

Open Positions and Description

1. Distribution Driver

  • Control and direction of the truck’s crew
  • Respect the nation’s traffic laws and regulations.
  • Respect corporate safety policies and make sure there are no fatalities
  • Load settlement following each delivery.
  • The minimum requirement for applicants is a Secondary Education (Form IV) and a current, relevant driver’s license. Strong interpersonal skills, a minimum of two years of heavy-duty vehicle driving experience, and the ability to work set shifts on particular days of the week or times of day are requirements. The applicant must to have a track record of excellence in professionalism and ethics.

2. Learning & Development Manager

  • Sources that are nation-specific gaining knowledge of solutions, cooperating with national and international functional leaders and experts.
  • Develops leaders at all levels by putting in place efficient leadership programs that provide them with the knowledge and abilities needed to lead and inspire confidence in the future.
  • Guarantees the optimal growth of organizations and individuals through the efficient integration of learning and development, performance management, and talent management across the nation.
  • Guarantees that the business needs for pipeline building are in line with the priorities for Sector Scarce Skills.
  • A bachelor’s degree or its equivalent, and a postgraduate HR qualification. a minimum of five years’ worth of learning and development experience, including experience at the managerial level or above.

3. Technical Trainer

  • Use the L&D Dashboard for reporting needs and capture and document all coaching and training interventions in the LMS or MSD.
  • Create training schedules after consulting a third-party training supplier.
  • Keep training costs within the allocated budget.
  • Adhere to all EOSH policies and procedures at work in order to get rid of hazardous, unhygienic, and ecologically harmful situations.
  • Ten years of strong technical and leadership expertise in an FMCG setting; degree in Electrical, Mechanical, and Industrial Engineering.
