Open Positions and Description:
1. Health Safety and Environmental Officer – Network
Qualification
- A degree from an accredited university is a prerequisite.
- The candidate must be an engineer; having an HSE qualification will be advantageous.
- Must be a proficient communicator and possess a strong knowledge of the English language, both in speaking and writing.
- Proficiency on computers, including knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Independent and able to work with little direction is required.
- Be prepared to work under intense time constraints.
- High level of job commitment is required.
2. Controlling Assistant
Activities
- HSEQ: any employees, contractors, and clients must adhere to the Golden Rules as well as any other HSE regulations and requirements.
- Creating the following Paris end-of-month reports: WCR, Investment, Dashboard, RV1, and Flash.
- Creation of the monthly overhead analysis and distribution to the relevant departments at the end of the month.
- participation in the budget file preparation process.
- By ensuring that price and costing (MAP and PO) are applied correctly, you may maintain control over everyday sales activities.
3. Accounting Assistant
Responsibilities
- Activities associated with month-end closure, such as OPEX amortization and reclassification (including staff gasoline consumption)
- Creating a month-end study of overheads, sending it out, and holding meetings with the relevant departments to discuss OPEX performance against BU.
- Re-invoicing responsible affiliates and vendors on a monthly basis for transactions pertaining to Renewable, Supply, and EACOP.
- Monthly report to the MANCOM on OPEX performance.
