Bagamoyo Sugar Ltd Tanzania
on order to grow sugar cane on the nucleus estate and produce sugar in Makurunge, Bagamoyo District, Bagamoyo Sugar Limited (Bagamoyo Sugar), a unit of Bakhresa Group, was founded on December 1, 2016, at the request of the Tanzanian government.
By providing out-growers with a market for their produce and technical support, Bagamoyo Sugar would aid in the cultivation of sugar cane. This project in the Tanzanian town of Makurunge is helping thousands of unemployed young people find employment, which is consistent with the Group’s goal of helping the local community.
Open Positions and Description:
1. Haulage Supervisor – 3 Positions
Responsibilities:
- Keeping cars in top shape and controlling repair schedules.
- Makes it easier to dump cane smoothly.
- Helps and pushes the fleet in the cane field or yard.
- Directing all aspects of everyday transportation operations, such as planning and routing.
Qualification:
- Form four/Certificate in Logistics and Transport Management.
- Reputable background in logistics or transportation management.
- Outstanding communication and organizing skills.
- The capacity to perform under duress and change course when circumstances demand it.
- Two or more years of expertise in a transportation setting.
2. Bell Tractor Operator – 22 Positions
- Copy of license Class F and G.
3. Pick Up Driver – 2 Positions
- Copy of license Class C and D.
4. Tipper Driver – 16 Positions
- Copy of license Class E.
5. Articulated Tractor Driver – 3 Positions
- Copy of license Class G, Someone who knows more than one machine will be considered.
