The successful candidates who made it through the interview and selection process are hereby informed by the Commissioner General of Immigration that they will be joining the Raphael Kubaga Immigration College in the Tanga Region’s Mkinga District.
They must report on April 3, 2024, between 2:00 am and 8:00 pm. After this point, no one will be admitted to the College. Furthermore, on March 25, 2024, at 2:00 am, all individuals who applied and were chosen through the Office of the Commissioner of Immigration in Zanzibar must report at the South Unguja Immigration Office (Tunguu).
The original copies of the following documents must be brought to the college: a birth certificate, a National ID or Identification Number (NIDA), a degree, a certificate of form four or six, and various skill certificates. No one will be admitted who does not have their original education certificates.
The following things are necessary for all candidates to possess: A sum of Tzs. 20,000/= for health check-ups and health insurance, and Tzs. 50,400/= for individuals without health insurance, together with a pair of sports shoes. Two black track suits and one blue (1).
In addition, they should pack two (2) plastic buckets (one holding 20 liters and the other holding 10 liters), two (2) T-shirts, hygiene supplies (hoe and rake, broom, bucket, machete, and axe), a mattress (1), a blue sea-colored mosquito net, four (4) large notebooks, and one (1) metal trunk. The College store is where those without the aforementioned items can get them.
Additionally, the candidate will bear the cost of transportation and meals until reporting to the College.
