Open Positions and Description:
1. Logistics Officer – 21 POSTS
Location: Dar es salaam city Council, Temeke, Ubungo, Kigamboni, and Kinondoni Municipal Councils.
Reports to: Facility In-charge
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Gather specimens from medical facilities for the lab and provide test findings back to the facilities.
- Help in the distribution of instruments, materials, and equipment to medical facilities and other specified locations.
- Always drive cautiously to protect both your own and the motorcycle’s safety.
- Perform routine motorcycle inspections to identify and promptly report maintenance requirements.
- Make sure the motorcycle is always in good working order.
- Provide current records of motorcycle fuel and maintenance expenses, and make sure that all necessary motorcycle reports are completed correctly and filed on time.
- Carry out any additional tasks that the site manager, supervisor, or transport officer may delegate.

Requirements: Education, Work experience and Skills:
- a minimum of a secondary education, with strong performance in Kiswahili and English classes.
- It is necessary to be proficient in both written and spoken Kiswahili and English.
- A VETA certificate is an added benefit, as is a driving certificate from an accredited school.
- A valid class A driver’s license. The benefit of license class “B” is additional.
- at least three (3) years of driving experience in the business or public domain.
- the capacity to operate a motorbike.
- Sincere, reliable, and capable of keeping things private.
- self-assured with a track record of integrity that is solid and inventiveness that can be seen.
- the capacity to document and save travel information as instructed.
- the capacity to operate with little supervision.
- Capacity and readiness to put in extended workdays, including on weekends.
- flexibility and the capacity to quickly adjust to sudden changes in the requirements of the project.
