The company has been operating for 8 years and is now looking for a dynamic production manager to achieve it growth goals. The company is located in Mafinga, Tanzania and the project post is for a full-time position on site.
We are looking to add a proactive, detail-oriented Quality Control Officer to our team. They will be in charge of upholding and raising the bar for quality standards throughout our company.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Testing and inspection: verify that procedures and goods adhere to standards.
- Documentation and recording: keep thorough records, recognize problems, and suggest solutions
- To ensure constant quality standards throughout the production or manufacturing process, develop and implement quality assurance methods and protocols.
Qualifications
- Preferably, a higher degree in a related discipline (such as business administration, engineering, or quality management).
- A track record of success in quality assurance or control positions, ideally in a related business.
- Strong familiarity with standards, procedures, and quality management systems.
- Outstanding ability to analyze and solve problems.
- Meticulous, with a great emphasis on precision and correctness.
- Interpersonal and communication abilities that work.
- Capacity to operate both individually and jointly in a hectic setting.
