Currently, it is looking for Volunteer who will be developed on procurement specifically Store Management, who is self-motivated, committed, result driven and self- motivated to work with TMHS.

1. Store Keeper Volunteer
Responsibilities
- Accountable for filling out and maintaining all retail paperwork.
- In charge of key custodianship, stock security, and stores.
- In charge of giving and receiving according to requests.
- Receive delivery of every item that arrives, then check it against the purchase orders.
- Keep track of, record, and address any disparities with orders that you receive.
- Maintain up-to-date records of physical inventory totals, receipts, changes, and returns to ensure the correctness of the facility’s inventory system.
- Keep an eye on supplies and inventory to make sure they stay between the minimum and maximum amounts specified.
- Maintain current records of all purchases, withdrawals, and records from the stockroom.
- In charge of organizing, labeling, packing, and returning merchandise to suppliers in the event that it doesn’t match specifications.
- Accountable for arranging the disposal of excess inventory and rotating the stock.
- In charge of the entire disposal process, including paperwork, verification, and shipping.
- Manage databases and supplier connections while upholding moral standards in internal and external interactions.
- In charge of all procurement-related activities at a specific location.
- Shipping defective or canceled goods back to vendors is your responsibility as needed.
- Demonstrates excellent precision in computer skills and a range of computer jobs
- Shows a significant aptitude for data analysis and/or a mastery of complex statistical concepts and methodologies.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
- The capacity to adjust to changes in the workplace.
- Capacity to uphold secrecy
- The capacity to modify a work schedule to accommodate changing needs.
Minimum Qualification
- A diploma in supply management or procurement and logistics is available.
- At least a year’s worth of relevant experience
