Located at Kidatu within Kilombero Valley, the Company operates two agricultural estates and sugar mills; Msolwa and Ruembe located in the Districts of Kilombero and Kilosa respectively and separated by the Great Ruaha River, within Morogoro Region.
The successful candidate will ensure that all operations in assigned area are carried out as per the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System to achieve the quality standards.

1. Planning Clerk – 1 POST
Responsibilities
- Follows KSCL Kilombero Sugar’s rules and procedures for quality, safety, health, and the environment when doing all tasks.
- Be mindful of your own health and safety as well as the health and safety of others who might be impacted by your actions or inactions.
- Work together with the management team to support them in carrying out their Occupational Health and Safety Act responsibilities.
- Incoming work order requests, as well as opening job cards, should be noted and captured.
- Closes Cane-pro pay returns for employees who work in estate maintenance.
- Record the store request and send it to the management for approval in the designated manner.
- Create reports on productivity using the Maximo system.
- For both issued and arriving civil supplies, maintain accurate records.
Experience
- Record-keeping and Management Certificate, Diploma, or Equivalent
- A computer certificate would be beneficial.
- A minimum of one (1) year’s worth of planning, retail, or related work experience
- A track record of success in collaborating with others and capturing data for professional reports.
- Competent in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- The capacity to schedule and arrange tasks and materials.
- Effective communication abilities
Terms Of Service: The successful candidate will be engaged on a Permanent Contract.
