RESPONSIBILITIES

As a member of the Senior Management team, advise and assist the Country Representative with matters of operation;
Create the Operations Team’s yearly workplan, then supervise its execution and oversight;
Take part in review sessions and evaluate implementing partners’ managerial and operational skills in coordination with the program and technical team;
Oversee the mapping of business processes and create internal standard operating procedures for the Operations Team’s entire range of responsibilities;
Oversee the execution of corporate, financial, budgetary, procurement, and human resources policies and systems, and guarantee that staff and project personnel receive sufficient training on these matters;
Assure that information is continuously and accurately shared between the CO, RO, and HQ.
oversee all operations, making sure they adhere to UN Women policies, procedures, rules, and regulations in the areas of finance, human resources, procurement, transportation, IT, security, and administration;
Oversee employees in the Operations Team by completing performance plans and standards for evaluation, conducting performance reviews, and offering coaching and feedback.

Experience

It is necessary to have a master’s degree in business administration, public administration, finance, human resources, or a similar discipline.
Instead of the advanced degree, a first-level university degree plus two more years of acceptable experience may be accepted.
