Open Positions and Description:
1. Human Resource Officer – 2 POSTS
Responsibilities
- Takes part in creating and carrying out the HR Strategic Plan
- Observes quarterly data reports and makes necessary adjustments to the human resource plan.
- Assists senior management team as a human resource specialist by making sure all required human resource policies, plans, and procedures are created and carried out in compliance with applicable laws and industry best practices.
- Creates, carries out, and oversees a suitable program for employee recognition.
- Guarantees that all pay and benefits rules and procedures are applied uniformly throughout the organization.
QUALIFICATION:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resource management and law.
- A minimum of five years’ experience as a labor lawyer and legal consultant. Three or more years of experience in managing human resources Excellent in both written and spoken English.
- Strong interpersonal skills, computer literacy, and teamwork abilities.
- Remarkable capacity for making well-informed decisions, frequently in emergency or crisis situations, and for effectively handling those problems.
- Strong financial management abilities to oversee the department’s budget and take part in agency budget preparation.
