Open Positions and Description:
1. Charge Back Analyst
Responsibilities
- Examining disputed card transactions (chargebacks) and rendering judgments in accordance with the guidelines and regulations of the schemes (Visa, Amex, MasterCard, etc.) as well as the timeliness specified by the schemes.
- Ensuring that there is little to no bank loss or exposure as a result of processing challenged card transactions improperly or in violation of chargeback policies and procedures.

2. Lead Generator – Morogoro
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Offer specialized guidance and assistance for daily tasks so that predetermined goals can be met in accordance with established standard operating procedures (SOPs). This function has implications for remuneration and benefits in Kenya, Uganda, Botswana, Mozambique, Tanzania (BBT), and Tanzania (NBC). Contact Reward for more information.
