Public Service Recruitment Secretariat (PSRS)
The Public Service Recruitment Secretariat (PSRS) is a government organ with a status of independent Department established specifically to facilitate the recruitment process of employees to the Public Service. Public Service Recruitment Secretariat was established by the Public Service Act No. 8 0f 2002 as amended by Act No. 18 of 2007, section 29(1).
The Ileje District Council’s Chief Executive Officer would like to notify all job candidates that interviews are anticipated to take place on April 17 and 18, 2024, and that job stations will eventually be assigned to those who pass the interview stage. Those who are invited for an interview should follow these guidelines:
- Interviews will begin on the date given in this advertisement, with each cadre having a specific interview time and location.
- It is mandatory for every interviewee to show up at the interview location appropriately attired.
- To be recognized, each interviewee needs to present a valid form of identification.
- Passports, driver’s licenses, voter identification cards, resident identity cards, work identity cards, and citizenship identity cards are examples of acceptable identity documents.
- Interviewees must present all of their original documentation, including their birth certificate, diploma, Form IV, Form VI, bachelor’s degree, and more, based on their qualifications.
- Interviewees will not be accepted or permitted to continue the interview if they provide testimonials, provisional results, statement of results, Form IV and VI results slips, or any other related materials.
- Each interviewee is responsible for covering their own travel, lodging, and food expenses.
- The time, date, and location of the interview should be observed by every interviewee.
- If you are one of the applicants who studied outside of Tanzania, make sure that the appropriate body (such TCU, NACTE, or NECTA) has validated and authorized your certifications.
- Candidates for jobs whose names are not listed in this notice should understand that they did not qualify. As a result, candidates ought to apply again without hesitation when positions are posted, taking into account the specifications stated in the announcement in question.
- The exam numbers will not be given out on the day of the interview, so all candidates who were called for the interview should make sure they get into their accounts and copy them.
- It is encouraged to wear clothing that can resist cold and rainy weather, as all interviewees are aware of the Ileje District’s weather patterns.
