Public Service Recruitment Secretariat (PSRS)
The Public Service Recruitment Secretariat (PSRS) is an autonomous government agency that was created with the express purpose of streamlining the hiring process for public service positions. The Public Service Act No. 8 of 2002, as revised by Act No. 18 of 2007, section 29(1), established the Public Service Recruitment Secretariat.
The Shinyanga District Council’s Chief Executive Officer would like to notify all job candidates that interviews are anticipated to take place between April 15, 2024, and April 18, 2024. Successful interviewees will then be assigned employment stations. Those who are invited for an interview should follow these guidelines:
- The interview will take place on the day given in this notification; each cadre will have a different time and location for the interview.
- To be recognized, each interviewee needs to present a valid form of identification.
- Passports, voter ID cards, resident identity cards, and citizenship identity cards are examples of acceptable forms of identification.
- Interviewees must present all of their original documentation, including their birth certificate, diploma, Form IV, Form VI, bachelor’s degree, and more, based on their qualifications.
- Interviewees will not be accepted or permitted to continue the interview if they provide testimonials, provisional results, statement of results, Form IV and VI results slips, or any other related materials.
- Each interviewee is responsible for covering their own travel, lodging, and food expenses.
- The time, date, and location of the interview should be observed by every interviewee.
- If you are one of the applicants who studied outside of Tanzania, make sure that the appropriate body (such TCU, NACTE, or NECTA) has validated and authorized your certifications.
- Candidates for jobs whose names are not listed in this notice should understand that they did not qualify. As a result, candidates ought to apply without holding back whenever job openings are advertised, taking into account the specifications stated in the announcement in question.
- Applicants must bring both their work licenses and original registration certificates for occupations that call for registration with the relevant professional boards.
- Since exam numbers will not be given out on the day of the interview, all interviewees who are summoned for the session should make sure they log into their accounts and copy them.
