Tanzania-based KPMG is looking for a dedicated and highly driven Contracts and Compliance Administrator. The appointed individual will take on a pivotal function in bolstering our advisory division.

They will play a crucial role in overseeing and supporting a variety of tasks that keep our business running smoothly, allow us to enter new markets, and maintain high standards for departmental performance all while managing risk.

Open Position and Description:

1. KPMG Hiring Contracts and Compliance Administrator F-11

Responsibilities

  • Make sure that any new business development initiatives adhere to organizational procedures.
  • Work together with different teams to make sure risk management protocols are followed.
  • Oversee the hiring, onboarding, and contracting of consultants and subcontractors.
  • Finish reviewing non-standard contracts in order to get possible new business.
  • Help in hiring consultants and subcontractors while making sure risk management protocols are followed.
  • Create invoices in order to bill customers.
  • Support efforts to collect debts.

Administrative Duties:

  • Assist the Director, Advisory Partner, managers, and employees with administrative tasks, such as printing and formatting reports.
  • As needed, take care of hotel reservations, travel, visas, and conference logistics.
  • Oversee the weekly minute-taking and logistics for the departmental managers’ meetings.
  • Oversee the acquisition of extra products and services as needed.

Education and Experience:

  • A bachelor’s degree in law, business, English literature, or a similar discipline is a minimum requirement. A minimum of two years of experience in administrative services, compliance, or contracts.
  • Strong familiarity with the risk, compliance, and contract management procedures used by professional services companies.
