1. Annual Graduate Recruitment 2024
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree with a minimum grade of Second Upper Division, or its equivalent, in any field;
- graduated in the three years prior (2022, 2023, 2024). In cases when the degree certificate has not yet been granted, a letter of completion must be included;
- Level A: Division 1 or above;
- O’ Level: Division 1 or above, with a minimum of a B in both English and mathematics;
- While not necessary for the Audit and Tax roles, becoming certified as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) would be advantageous; and
- Hold Tanzanian nationality.
Required Competencies
- Have a focus on results and the ability to work under pressure.
- Show that you have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Be prepared to pick up new skills and work under supervision.
- Pay attention to risk and quality.
