1. Syrup Maker CCB240412-1
Responsibilities:
- The chosen applicants will be in charge of running and managing the machinery in the syrup production facility to produce high-quality syrup in accordance with the daily operating schedule.
- Ultimate syrup mixing in compliance with business specifications and the Master Mixing Instructions (MMI).
- Follow the CIP matrix and all company guidelines when performing CIPs. Help with restocking and cleaning.
- Maintain cleanliness in process areas and follow GMP guidelines. Making simple syrup at home.
- Switch out the IBCs (flow bins) and turn on the agitator.
- Respect housekeeping and safety regulations. accurate reporting of data pertaining to the production of syrup.
Experience
- The minimum requirement for applicants is a diploma in food science and technology or chemistry.
- Two years of production experience in a setting with fast-moving consumer goods.
- The candidates should also have strong hearing, eyesight, and smell. Physical strength, endurance, and fitness are also important.
