With reference number FA.228/613/01/B/003 dated March 15, 2024, the Executive Director of the Biharamulo District Council has been granted a Substitute Employment Permit by the Secretary-General, Office of the President, Public Service Management and Good Governance.
As a result, he is notifying all eligible Tanzanians of the following four Village Executive III posts that are now open:
Open Positions and Description:
1. Village Executive Grade III – 4 POSTS
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must possess a Form Four (IV) or Six (VI) schooling certificate.
- Must possess a Technician Certificate (NTA LEVEL 5) from Hombolo Local Government College, Dodoma, or any other accredited government institution in one of the following areas: Administration, Law, Social Education, Financial Management, Community Development, or Art Science.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the primary executive and counselor to the village administration, as well as its committees, regarding the creation and execution of development plans.
- Ensure that the village is run well and keep the peace.
- Oversee the creation and execution of the plans for the village’s growth.
- Oversee the execution of the village plans and coordinate the policies and regulations.
SALARY: Based on the Government Salary Scale, TGS B.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
- All candidates must be citizens of Tanzania and be between the ages of 18 and 45, with the exception of those who work for the government already;

- A lawyer or attorney must verify all educational and professional certifications submitted with an application. These must include Forms IV and VI certificates of secondary education as well as certificates from any applicable training programs.

- Candidates who completed their studies overseas must make sure the appropriate authorities (TCU, NECTA, and NACTE) have validated and confirmed their credentials.
- Those who have retired from the public sector are not eligible to apply unless the Chief Secretary grants them permission.
- Candidates for entry-level employment who are currently employed by the government are not eligible to apply, and they must follow the instructions in Circular No. CAC.45/257/01/D/140, dated November 30, 2010.
