Delivering the EUMS (End Use Markets) growth targets is the responsibility of the major Account Manager. They also build and maintain connections with specific customers and promote the Kerry product offering’s major deliverables.
Responsibilities:
- In charge of all sales initiatives as the designated Key Account Manager for certain clients
- Oversee important client relationships and bargain for contracts that meet baseline and increased business margin goals.
- Setting priorities and creating strategic accounts
- Establish long-term growth for Kerry and our clients.
- Finalize business contracts with clients in accordance with Kerry guidelines
- Create and implement a strategy plan to make the best use possible of all Kerry technologies.
- Acquire consent and carry out pricing strategies
- Boost client satisfaction generally
- Develop a corporate growth strategy and oversee the entire opportunity pipeline by analyzing business trends.
Qualifications
- A relevant degree in business management, food science, or a related field, together with at least seven to ten years of experience working in a commercial setting in the food, flavor, and ingredient sector
- Excellent closing abilities, sales motivation, prospecting, planning, selling to client demands, territory management, market expertise, presenting abilities, and achieving sales targets are just a few of the strong points in sales talents.
- Skills in problem solving, strategy creation, project management, relationship management, and change management
