Responsibilities:
- Encourage the study of industry benchmarks and sustainability trends.
- Assist rating agencies and evaluation processes with data collection. Collaborate with department heads to get pertinent information. When required, follow up.
- Encourage the creation of reports for interested parties.
- Take part in training courses and workshops to expand your knowledge of sustainability in the agriculture industry and beyond.
Qualifications
- Recent bachelor’s degree holders in accounting, actuarial sciences, data and analytics, information technology, or environmental science. familiarity with carrying out independent research.
- Analytical and organizational abilities to evaluate data and reports and offer suggestions or fixes.
- The capacity to function both individually and in a diverse team.
- Strong communication skills, both in writing and speaking.
- Ability to organize and update data collecting, create letters and reports, and use a variety of computer programs, such as word processing, Microsoft Access, spreadsheets, the internet, and GIS.
Skills :
- Strong organizational, self-management, and interpersonal skills;
- Able to communicate with several foreign cultures;
- The capacity to express oneself both orally and in writing in Swahili and English with clarity;
- The capacity to operate autonomously, with little supervision, prioritizing, multitasking, and problem-solving; the ability to do things precisely and on schedule;
- Must possess advanced knowledge of business intelligence tools like Tableau or Power BI, as well as computer productivity suites like Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (including Gmail, Google Drive, Google Documents, and Google Sheets);
- The capacity to guarantee the security of private data;
- The capacity to perform comprehensive analysis using Pivot Tables and sophisticated formulae on Excel spreadsheets;
- Ability to use huge language model artificial intelligence programs that are accessible to the public, such as ChatGPT and Google Gemini;
