To support sales of Retail banking Liabilities products at branches to achieve agreed sales targets in line with the business objectives through pro-active selling and at the same time providing excellent customer service.

Job Description

By determining and satisfying customer needs through the sale of Liabilities (deposit) products, achieve outstanding sales performance.
To produce and convert quality leads into sales, provide direct “hands on” support for sales through quality lead production and efficient follow-up.
Engage in campaigns and sales activations to reach predetermined goals. iv. Verify that every consumer that has been onboarded is active and online.
Together with the customer, complete the account opening process in accordance with NBC Bank regulations and guidelines before sending it to operations for processing.
Respect the general NBC Operational Risk & Rigor requirements, such as the KYC and anti-money laundering laws, the security of the premises, and health and safety standards.
Perform any other related tasks that the line manager assigns you.

Qualifications:

Education: A minimum of a diploma or certificate
Minimum Age: Eighteen years or older.
familiarity with financial goods.
Both a strong sales ethic and outstanding communication abilities are required.
Dedicated team member who accepts personal responsibility for outcomes
Extremely well-organized, self-driven employee with excellent follow-up abilities vii. a strong sense of organization and the capacity to evaluate and prioritize swiftly.
