We are now looking for enthusiastic and driven sales professionals with a guest-focused approach that take great satisfaction in their ability to offer our guests innovative solutions and exceptional customer service.
Implementing all sales initiatives and maximizing company prospects in your designated area of responsibility are your duties as a sales manager. All sales action plans must be implemented and carried out as part of the job.
Responsibilities
- Achieve goals and maximize productivity by making sure that your own portfolio is fully covered at all levels by departmental executives and accounts managers for thorough client servicing.
- Adopt and carry out all action plans and sales goals in order to meet and surpass established goals.
- Set limits, provide estimates, and bargain with clients about costs for short-term and group transactions involving the assets.
- Encourage and generate sales leads for Rotana in the relevant locations.
- Provide input on how the direct sales solicitation, phone calls, and direct mail in its market areas have affected the marketing environment, including competition trends.
- Create and preserve important account files, and work with superiors to keep the accounts management system up to date.
- During discussions, make sure that selling tactics are followed, and maximize up selling opportunities.
Qualifications
- You must also be proficient in spoken and written English, possess flawless personal presentation skills, and be able to handle problems on your own. Opera familiarity and computer literacy will be highly valued.
