1. Human Resources Manager
Responsibilities:
- Creating job descriptions and advertisements and employing the most effective advertising strategy in order to fill positions.
- Use a range of selection methods to narrow down the finest candidates for interviews.
- Handling payroll administration.
- Preserving staff records by making sure they are completely filled out and scanned in an orderly manner.
- Providing guidance and interpretation on employment laws.
- Addressing complaints and carrying out disciplinary actions.
- Serve as a liaison between the management and the staff, resolving complaints, demands, and other matters to strengthen ties.
- Encourage a cheerful atmosphere at work. In charge of and overseeing a system for performance evaluation that promotes excellence.
- Ensure that the employee’s employment contract is promptly renewed.
- Make sure the HR system has all the updated and complete HR data.
Qualification
- A human resources management bachelor’s degree, or its equivalent.
- Three or more years of experience working in human resources.
- Must possess extensive knowledge and comprehension of Tanzanian labor legislation and be well-versed in conflict resolution.
- Robust hiring practices and a track record of enhancing talent acquisition tactics.
- Capable of critical thought and effective communication.
- Both solid judgment and attention to detail.
