To handle all facets of our company’s HR procedures and policies, we are searching for an HR manager. For all matters pertaining to employees, we believe that an HR manager should be consulted. Among your responsibilities will be overseeing the work of a group of human resources officers at the school on projects related to talent management, training and development, performance management, employee relations, job design, and recruitment. The success of a corporation depends on the HR manager’s work.

Responsibilities:

Create and carry out HR plans and projects that complement the overarching foundation strategy.
By resolving requests, complaints, or other matters, you can reconcile management and employee relations.
Oversee the hiring and choosing procedure.
Utilize human capital development, engagement, motivation, and preservation to support present and future business demands.
Create and keep an eye on the foundation’s entire HR strategy, methods, tactics, and processes.
Encourage a cheerful atmosphere at work.

Requirements:

Three years of verified experience as an HR manager in Tanzanian schools, ideally those that use the English language
Results-driven and people-oriented
A track record of success using HR measurements
Familiarity with HR systems
Possessing both leadership and strategic planning abilities
Outstanding negotiating, presentation, and active listening abilities
The ability to establish and maintain interpersonal connections at all organizational levels
Thorough understanding of HR best practices and labor laws
A Human Resources degree or a closely related field
Seven to ten years of HR manager experience.
