Requirements:

Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction and counsel for the following topics: employee relations, organizational design and development, integrated employee health and wellness, occupational health and safety, human resource management, and human resource development.

- Take the lead in developing and putting into practice all HR strategies and techniques to make sure the department meets its strategic HR objectives.
- Assist in managing a productive system for measuring employee performance and providing assistance for human resources.
- Enhancing positive working relationships with stakeholders, clients, and strategic partners.

A candidate’s appointment is contingent upon the results of additional checks, which will include security clearance, security vetting, qualification verification, and criminal background verification, after they are shortlisted.
