Over 900 people work for Coca-Cola Kwanza, a CCBA subsidiary that occupies 54% of Tanzania’s land area. Two bottling facilities in Tanzania are run by Coca-Cola Kwanza: one in Mikocheni, Dar es Salaam, and another in Mbeya. Tanzania, Uganda, and Ghana are members of the newly established Central African Region, which is led by Conrad Van Niekerk.

In the Manufacturing Department, Coca-Cola Kwanza Ltd. has an excellent opportunity. We are seeking a skilled candidate with suitable manufacturing experience and abilities for a Technical Trainer post based in Dar es Salaam. The Manufacturing Director will receive direct reporting from the selected candidate.

Responsibilities:

  • Making use of integrated learning strategies (texts, exercises, visual aids, handouts, etc.).
  • Provide instruction based on technical learning objectives.
  • Connect the attainment of the functional key performance indicators (KPIs) with the degrees of competence.
  • Using appropriate information sources (e.g., CAP Assessment results, KPIs, Supply Chain Maturity Assessment results observations, line / machine performance and line manager input), conduct an analysis of training needs for both teams and individuals.
  • Recognize and apply the Supply Chain Maturity Assessments’ learning and development themes to functional training needs, plans, and matrices.
  • Depending on the learning demand, create and build technical training materials, one-point lessons, work instructions, fast fix routines, and outcomes-based learning materials.
  • Determine which critical functional performance indicators (KPIs) are not being met and create plans of action to fix them.
  • Give an explanation of the various project kinds that you must oversee at your workplace, such as line installations, foundational practices, basic work practices, etc.
  • Use the L&D Dashboard for reporting needs and capture and document all coaching and training interventions in the LMS or MSD.
  • Create training schedules after consulting a third-party training supplier.
  • Keep training costs within the allocated budget.
  • Adhere to all EOSH policies and procedures at work in order to get rid of hazardous, unhygienic, and ecologically harmful situations.

Experience:

  • The position’s minimum requirement should be a degree in industrial, mechanical, or electrical engineering.
  • Ten years of strong technological and managerial expertise in the FMCG sector.
  • Strong analytical abilities, a track record of honesty, strong leadership abilities, and strong communication capabilities.
