On PIVOTECH-managed telecommunication towers, the NOC Trainee is in charge of arranging and supervising preventive maintenance. As a result, S/He will guarantee that all sites carry out preventative maintenance in accordance with PIVOTECH-established SHEQ procedures, service level agreements, and client standard operating procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, take part in, and provide your approval to close all completed SN tasks.
- Acquiring Site Data.
- Take part in creating and carrying out the monthly budget and plan for preventative maintenance.
- Real-time reconciliation of scheduled work.
- Reports and Interaction.
- Data consistency.
- Site Visibility Follow-up Alarms & RMS.
Qualification:
- IT, telecommunications, or a similar industry for a bachelor’s degree.
EXPERIENCE:
- Three or more years of equivalent experience.
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Conversant in Microsoft Office.
- Proactive, creative, and detail-oriented.
- Good critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Independence in handling responsibilities.
