We are seeking a driven and aspirational Agency BD Manager to assist us in growing our clients. Being the face of the business, you must be committed to developing and implementing a winning sales plan. The objective is to promote long-term financial growth by increasing sales and developing enduring bonds with customers.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit hosts and agents, provide them with methodical training, and oversee their earnings.
- Utilize data analysis to improve host operations;
- Keep up your relationship with agents and take responsibility for the market’s revenue.
- As BD manager, assemble the BD team.
- Organize agency operations and take accountability for their outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Have a strong understanding of user psychology and desires; sales experience is a plus.
- Working languages such as English are available.
- Recognize the traits of African culture and has proficiency in connecting with African users;
- Have a great sense of teamwork
- Adept at providing feedback and communicating.
