In charge of promoting the sale of assets and liabilities to commercial enterprises and assisting new clients in joining the company.
Responsibilities:
- TZS 3 billion and beyond high ticket size asset onboarding and appraisal, as well as offering suggestions for decision-making
- Give the Senior Manager of Commercial advice on all matters pertaining to growing the commercial business (liabilities & assets).
- Assume a leading role in stimulating commercial sales through networking, building strong client connections, and utilizing the branch network to promote pertinent products.
- In order to guarantee high-quality credit applications and business expansion, provide assistance and help Relationship Officers develop their ability through ongoing mentoring and involvement.
- To make sure that goals are reached, track and evaluate the performance of the commercial portfolio.
- Review consumer feedback, market intelligence, workshops/focus group reports and review product design and performance
- Ensure that targets are met in accordance with the approved budget by coordinating the responsibility area’s budget objectives for commercial items.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in banking, accounting, finance, or a similar discipline.
- A minimum of four years’ experience managing relationships with clients in the business and commercial banking sectors.
- Expertise in credit evaluation and analysis.
