Responsibilities:
- Must collaborate with the development team, comprehend the new systems and products, and make sure the appropriate assistance is given during the transition.
- Second-level assistance for all onboarding and DSS services.
- Must collaborate with the development team, comprehend the new systems and products, and make sure the appropriate assistance is given during the transition.
- Support and resolve typical and fundamental problems that clients have, include resolving small knowledge gaps, giving thorough details on the support process, and completing user requests that call for IT intervention.
- Carry out, organize, and disseminate incident and root cause analysis reports.
Qualifications:
- Computer science bachelor’s degree or a similar academic discipline.
- Familiarity with the following instruments Android Studio, GIT, Visual Studio, and NetBeans IDE/Eclipse.
- Two years of expertise working in large corporate groups with Microfocus monitoring tools.
- Two years of expertise with Windows, Linux, UNIX/Linux, Oracle, and Microsoft databases, as well as network security technologies like TCP/IP, switches, routers, and firewalls.
