The primary goal is to promote the growth of alternative products, deposits, loans, and advances at the branch. Managing all sales activities as well as assisting, supervising, and training branch sales officers across all branches are included in this.
Responsibilities:
- Acquisition and Recruitment of Customers
- Visit current clients on a regular basis
- Make that every client acquisition point is operational at all times.
- To improve the clientele’s experience
- Determine the sectors and places that are important for local company expansion.
- locating, enticing, verifying, and assessing potential clients’ risks before approaching them to open an account
- Collaborate with your business development partner to start the process of developing items that are appropriate for the specific area.
- Provide the Head of Customer Network with regular input regarding the effectiveness of various products and services at the relevant branches.
- In order to comprehend retail potential from their clients, interact with the Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB) and Business Banking (BB) divisions (One Bank Concept)
- Respond to consumer inquiries about business-related topics.
Qualifications:
- Business Administration Bachelor’s Degree
- Three years of experience in banking
- Broad familiarity with bank legislation and banking practices (product knowledge).
- Business, commerce, and management studies bachelor’s degrees and advanced diplomas, Junior’s commercial attitude (satisfies all standards), Customer Excellence: Fulfills all parameters for service delivery acquaintance with digital media (satisfies all conditions), Effective communication: Fundamental (fulfills all criteria), experience as a junior manager in a comparable setting, Team-level leadership (satisfies all conditions), Product and/or Service Knowledge (Meets all standards), Sales Management (Meets all requirements), and Openness to Change (Meets certain requirements but would need more improvement).
