These graduates hold positions in a variety of fields, including engineering, data science, IT, geophysics, drilling, accounting, business analysis, communication, and finance, law, and economics. At TotalEnergies, we provide yearly internships to around 1,000 college and university students.
Responsibilities:
- HSEQ: All employees, contractors, and clients must adhere to the Golden Rules and all HSE regulations and standards of TOTAL.
- Oversee a portfolio of customers that includes both postpaid and prepaid customers.
- A sales executive is responsible for making sure that the KPIs for prospecting, lead development, and new account opening are reached as well as the assigned targets for portfolio growth. monitoring of collections with respect to monthly DSO goals.
- Keep track of SALSA KPIs for opportunities/prospects, action plans, and client visits.
- Adopt New Ambition objectives by moving clients to service package deals.
- Use SAP with TEMC+, TOMCARD/Tom Invoicing, Cross-Border Project to implement CRM requirements.
- Follow TotalEnergies Africa’s suggestions from the auditors.
- In order to handle EPT machines, communicate with and train station managers and territory managers.
Qualifications:
- Honesty
- A business or marketing/administration degree from university
- Familiar with the Microsoft Office suite
- Communication abilities are crucial.
- Skills in providing customer service
- Business relationships
