Responsibilities:
- Activities associated with month-end closure, such as OPEX amortization and reclassification (including staff gasoline consumption)
- creating a month-end study of overheads, sending it out, and holding meetings with the relevant departments to discuss OPEX performance against BU.
- Re-invoicing responsible affiliates and vendors on a monthly basis for transactions pertaining to Renewable, Supply, and EACOP.
- Monthly report to the MANCOM on OPEX performance.
- Checking the purchase requisitions in MyEproc to make sure the correct local item code, cost center, and expense type (CAPEX or OPEX) are used
- Putting local cost agility into practice
- Quarterly and Monthly reporting; Head Office relationship with shareholders.
- Any additional tasks assigned by the senior accountant, budget and controlling manager, or both.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, or its equivalent
- Two to three years of experience working in the finance division.
- Good analytical abilities, familiarity with all SAP procedures (MM, SD, FI), and proficiency with Excel.
