In order to maximize premium financing sales and operations, strategies must be developed and put into action. These plans should include targets for loan volume, income, and profitability. This entails managing the entire premium financing process inside a business. Additionally, in charge of directing the premium finance company’s strategic direction, controlling risks, creating development prospects, and guaranteeing regulatory compliance all while providing top-notch customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Creating and putting into practice plans to improve the premium finance industry, such as growing the customer base, boosting loan volume, and optimizing income
- Finding new alliances, markets, and business ventures to promote expansion and profitability
- Keeping an eye on rival activity and market trends to spot opportunities for innovation and development
- Giving the group direction, leadership, and advice regarding the financing of insurance premiums
- Clearly defining objectives and standards for team members and keeping an eye on their performance
- To guarantee the success of the team, conducting regular performance reviews and offering coaching, training, and criticism when necessary
- Establishing and preserving solid connections with important customers, insurers, banks, and other stakeholders
- Ensuring excellent levels of customer satisfaction by promptly and professionally responding to the questions, concerns, and requests of clients.
Qualifications:
- Professional credentials (a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a relevant discipline, such as risk management, banking, insurance, actuarial science, accounting, finance, or business administration)
- Professional credentials (insurance minimum certificate/CoP)
- A sworn affirmation of the solvency and moral integrity
- Affirmed statement of financial stability and lack of conviction for crimes
