The Dar es Salaam University College of Education (DUCE) is a division of the University of Dar es Salaam, which was founded in 2005. Dar es Salaam University College of Education Charter and the 2010 Regulations state that the College’s primary responsibilities are providing integrated teaching, research, and public services.

The College encourages qualified public servants to apply for transfer in order to enhance public service delivery, research, and teaching at DUCE.

Responsibilities:

To oversee physical stock under the direction of a senior officer;
To perform tangible examinations and account for items with receipts;
To plan the actual placement, such as the position and prohibition;
To schedule deliveries and packing;
To assume control of Section/Department stores and assume accountability for the accounting and safety of all inventory under his supervision; and
To carry out any additional relevant tasks that your supervisor may assign you.

Qualifications:

Possess a bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields: logistics, material, or procurement and supplies management; or equivalent training from accredited universities; and be registered as an approved procurement and supplies professional with at least four (4) years of relevant work experience with the Procurement and Supplies Professionals and Technician Board (PSPTB).
