We are inviting suitable applicants to apply for the Branch Manager vacancies. The chosen applicant will be in charge of overseeing the branch’s total budget in addition to adhering to approved constraints.
Responsibilities:
- Creating a workplace banking sales plan and procedure, as well as being entirely accountable and in charge of seeing to it that it is carried out in a way that supports the growth of the balance sheet and income statement for retail or personal banking.
- Increasing the number of high-quality assets and liabilities while retaining current clients and attracting new ones.
- In charge of increasing non-funded and non-interest income as well as collecting interest, the branch needs to be led, developed, and managed to guarantee that the business objectives are met.
- Creating a branch plan that addresses lead and sales prospect management, the entire customer experience, and establishing DCB Bank as a reputable supplier of customer solutions.
- Work in tandem with the Chief Commercial and Chief Operation Officers to maximize productivity and reduce costs at the branch by managing resources effectively while fostering a customer-centric culture.
- Establishing and maintaining good working relationships with the client at all levels of the hierarchy, including HNW and PEP, as well as other important stakeholders.
- Overseeing the application of all policies and guidelines as specified in each branch’s operating manual.
- Building awareness for the team, keeping updated and ensuring compliance with all important rules from BoT, CMSA, TRA, DSE, ELRA.
- Manage your team’s performance well while adhering to the bank’s policies and plan.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline, or a bachelor’s degree in any discipline combined with a master’s in business administration.
- Five years of experience in the operations or business of banking.
- Sufficient familiarity with back-office branch operations and banking.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Demonstrated expertise in performance driving.
- Excellent market selling and credit analysis abilities a solid track record of creating and preserving networks and business relationships.
