The primary goal is to promote the growth of alternative products, deposits, loans, and advances at the branch. Managing all sales activities as well as assisting, supervising, and training branch sales officers across all branches are included in this.

Responsibilities:

• Acquisition and Recruitment of Customers
• Actively comprehending the local business environment and making use of it to increase deposit.
• Cross-selling of all bank products, including Internet, mobile, and agent banking as well as insurance, deposit products, loan products, FX, transfer, and more.
• Lead the branches’ consumer engagement initiatives.
• Keep a database of the branch’s high-net-worth clients.
• Regularly coach and guide the branch sales team.

Qualifications:

• Business, commerce, and management studies bachelor’s degrees and advanced diplomas, as well as junior commercial minded certificates (which only partially satisfy the standards and still require improvement),
• Delivering excellent customer service.
• Acquaintance with digital.
• Communication that works: Fundamental.
• Knowledge of similar environments and a willingness to adapt.
• Knowledge about products and/or services.
