Responsibilities:

Make sure that all operations-related transactions are processed promptly and without errors.
Ensuring that there are no financial leaks by reviewing all transactions on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
Every day, check all significant transactions to make sure money is being collected efficiently.
When limitations surpass those of branch or headquarters users, validate TISS/TT and associated transactions.
Ensuring prompt validation of every transaction that is scheduled
Execute reversals and authorize cancellations.
Sharing the status of daily, weekly, and monthly revenue collections (as directed by the framework)
Giving management advice on areas that should be improved in order to stop income leaks.
Examine internal account reconciliation in accordance with the internal account framework.
Make sure that daily ATM reconciliations are performed.
Distribute different operations management circulars.

Qualifications:

A degree in any relevant field, such as banking, commerce, business administration, social sciences, finance, accounting, or economics
Outstanding client support
Building teams and managing conflicts
Interaction (verbal and written)
Coordination, coaching, leadership, and organizing abilities
A minimum of six years’ experience in a commercial bank, with at least four of those years spent in a managerial role at a branch or in the operations area.
