Responsibilities:
- Refund the conclusions to the claimants and complainants after reviewing and analyzing their insurance claims and grievances.
- To ensure that the right records are maintained in accordance with the Company filing procedures, register claims, generate and maintain claims files from each step of the claims or complaints. Handle complaints, keep a complaints register up to date, and pay particular attention to every issue.
- examines and interprets the insurance policies of the complainants in order to ascertain the scope of coverage, any stated exclusions, and the terms governing claim settlement.
- To verify claims and complaints documents, appoint independent assessors, investigators, valuers, and forensic investigators from both inside and outside the company.
- Upon receipt and examination of technical reports, provide advice on findings and next steps to the complainants and claimants. Examine, evaluate, negotiate, and quantify claims made by third parties in accordance with legal requirements and established procedures.
- Process payments inside the company to service providers, complainants, and claimants in accordance with legal deadlines. Oversee the recovery of subrogation claims and keep the register up to date. examines legislation to assess complaints made against insurers and determines whether there is a basis for taking legal action.
