We are now looking for enthusiastic and driven finance experts with a guest-focused approach who take great satisfaction in their ability to offer our guests innovative solutions and exceptional customer service.
It is your duty as a financial accountant to become well-versed in finance policies and pertinent accounting standards to guarantee the accuracy, completeness, and dependability of management and financial reports.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the book closing process and financial report creation in compliance with the hotel policies and the Uniform System of Accounts, 10th Edition.
- Make sure the reporting deadlines for the hotel and corporate office are reached.
- Examine and reconcile the P&L, bank accounts, and general ledger to make sure the data is accurate, complete, and accurately depicts the hotel’s financial situation.
- Examine and evaluate financial records, spot trends, and offer advice as needed.
- Adequate examination of general cashier reports, invoices, expense reports, payment vouchers, and receiving reports to make sure they are accurate, properly authorized, and compliant with hotel policy
- Oversee and check the monthly payroll’s preparation, and make sure that salaries are paid on schedule.
Skills:
- You must also be proficient in spoken and written English, possess flawless personal presentation skills, and be able to handle problems on your own. Opera familiarity and computer literacy will be highly valued.
