Job Title: Pivotech Tanzania Hiring Field Operation Officers- Trainees

CORE JOB DESCRIPTION

Field Operations Officer: Trainee is in charge of supporting site optimization, generator service, and preventative and corrective maintenance in accordance with the service level agreement. The individual is also responsible for making sure that all SHEQ compliance-related tasks are completed and that he and his assistant have a comfortable place to work.

KEY TASKS

• Follow SLA when executing site PM.
• Make sure spares and consumables are used properly.
• Keep up the assets that Pivotech has contributed.
• Run the site CM
• adherence to data integrity
• doing every assignment and duty in accordance with SHEQ
• prompt escalation of problems discovered during any on-site activity
• Make sure all expenses are promptly reconciled.
• Make sure the company’s standby generator is properly serviced, handled, and maintained.
• Make sure everyone shows up to the GMT/Cluster meetings.
• Participate in the performance review in accordance with the procedure.

EDUCATION

A minimum of Ordinary Diploma or degree preferably in Electrical Engineering.

EXPERIENCE

At  least one (1) year of related experience.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proactive, Innovative, Attention to detail
• Ability to learn quickly
• Ability to work under pressure
• Computer literate and familiar with MS  word, Power Point, Excel.
• Registered with EWURA and ERB will be an added advantage.
