Bugando Medical Training College (BMTC)
The College is looking for qualified candidates to hire and integrate into order to provide strong leadership and help the College achieve its goals. The college is situated in Musoma Municipality’s Bweri neighborhood, roughly 0.5 km north of the Bweri Bus Terminal and 1 km southwest of the town center.
For the following posts, the College is accepting applications from adequately qualified candidates:
Open Positions and Description:
1. Medical Doctor – 4 POSTS
Qualification:
- Possessing a doctor of medicine bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
- Both a practicing license and registration with the appropriate professional board are prerequisites.
- More weight will be given to candidates who have completed the CBET Training or the Teaching Methodology Course for Health Care Professionals.
Experience
- It is necessary to have at least one year of job experience.
Salary Scale: Staff salary rank according to BMTC Scheme of Service.
Tenure: Fixed terms contract of three (3) years renewable on satisfactory performance.

- Results slips in the forms of FORM IV and FORM VI, “Testimonials,” “Provisional Results,” and “Statement of Results” will not be accepted.
- Those who have studied overseas but outside of Tanzania must provide proof that the appropriate authorities (TCU, NACTE, and NECTA) have acknowledged their foreign degrees.
