To fill the role of HR Manager: Services, BRAC Tanzania Finance LTD is accepting applications from capable, driven, and self-driven individuals.
Responsibilities:
- Oversees the HR service unit’s daily operations.
- Manages employee disciplinary actions and terminations in line with corporate guidelines.
- Organizes probationary, contract renewal, contract termination, and letter provision in a timely manner. Update the attendance and personnel database.
- To handle pay increases, promotions, performance management, and inflation.
- Administration of the company’s payroll system.
- To guarantee adherence to working standards and procedures, HRPP, and labor laws.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in administration of human resources.
- Exceptional communication skills both in writing and speaking.
- Outstanding communication, negotiating, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Outstanding attention to detail and organizing abilities.
- Strong ability to analyze and solve problems.
- The capacity to assign work appropriately and to prioritize them.
- The capacity to behave in a discreet, professional, and honest manner.
- Competent with linked software or Microsoft Office.
- Competence with the organization’s system or the capacity to pick it up fast.
