Our commitment is to give our applicants a smooth and effective testing experience. To join our team and make sure everything runs smoothly in our test center, we are looking for a highly organized and trustworthy Test Center Administrator.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and check in applicants, making sure they understand exam procedures and have verified their identity.
- Keep an eye on and maintain the testing environment, making sure that all of the equipment is operating as it should and that the testing procedures are followed.
- Test-administrators should follow the policies and procedures of the firm.
- During the exam, help applicants with any questions or concerns they may have.
- Report any anomalies or occurrences that you see while the test is being conducted.
- Carry out standard administrative duties like data input, filing, and test schedule upkeep.
- Make sure that all test materials and candidate data are secure and private.
Qualifications:
- A high school degree or its equivalent is required; extra training in customer service or administration is advantageous.
- It is desirable if you have prior experience working in a test facility or a comparable setting.
- Outstanding multitasking and organizing abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stick to tight processes.
- Competent in using Microsoft Office and other basic computer programs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- The capacity to function professionally and calmly under duress.
