To expand our staff, we are looking for a committed and experienced Night Club Supervisor. The Night Club Supervisor will be in charge of supervising the club’s nighttime operations, making sure that events go off without a hitch, respecting safety procedures, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the servers, bartenders, and security personnel in nightclubs.
- Assure adherence to all relevant laws, rules, and license specifications.
- Keep an eye on crowd dynamics and take appropriate action with crowd control methods.
- Respond to consumer questions, grievances, and disputes promptly and professionally.
- To guarantee adherence to health and safety regulations, cleanliness, and safety, conduct routine inspections of the property.
- To guarantee that events are successful, collaborate with DJs, performers, event organizers, and other relevant parties.
- Employees should be mentored and trained to maintain the club’s standards and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Accurately create and preserve records of your purchases, inventory, and outlays.
- Help with employee hiring, scheduling, and performance reviews.
- Work together with management to create and put into effect plans that will boost sales and customer happiness.
Requirements:
- Three or more years of prior experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity in the hotel or entertainment sector, ideally in a nightclub.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
- Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Awareness of safety rules, emergency protocols, and alcohol restrictions.
- The capacity to stay collected and calm under pressure.
- The ability to work holidays and weekends as necessary.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is desirable.
- A Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a similar discipline is required.
