Responsibilities:

Putting together the presentations and reports on transportation financing for Exco
Controls over transportation costs (including third parties)
Examining and balancing mileage invoices and retention costs to make sure the right accruals are made.
Analyzing and rationalizing costs/expenses and transport KPIs in close collaboration with the transport department.
Weekly matching of GRN with waybills (for materials).
Examining and maintaining all of the system’s transport account codes. ensuring appropriate cost distribution among transport GLs.
GIT evaluation
Keeper of the transportation budget, with a monthly comparison between actual and budget. Facts should be used to properly explain any deviations.
- Aid in the transportation vendors’ reconciliation.
Fulfill any additional responsibilities assigned by the CFO or financial controller.

Qualifications:

At least three years of experience in finance and/or audit as a graduate or equivalent.
An extra benefit is having experience with external auditing.
Qualifications for professional accounting (CPA, ACA, ACCA).
