We are inviting people who meet the qualifications to apply for the Direct Sales roles. The chosen applicants will be in charge of advancing the bank’s sales goal through regular client acquisition, strengthening current connections with clients, and upholding operational excellence while adhering to service standards.
Responsibilities:
- Gaining new bank clients, including sales merchants, by door-to-door service, referrals, appointments, or solicitations within the designated zone.
- Instructing clients on how to utilize the bank’s self-service channels and registering them with DCB Digital Platforms.
- Ensuring that all newly established accounts adhere to the necessary KYC requirements.
- Creating leads, spotting recurring business, and encouraging clients to purchase additional bank goods and services.
- Taking part in promotions and events to market bank goods and services.
- Helping branches find possibilities for pricing and marketing that make sense.
Qualifications:
- A diploma or its equivalent from an accredited university.
- Prior experience selling bank goods and services directly.
- The capacity to operate outside of an office and regularly interact with the outside world.
- Willing to work outside of regular business hours.
- Honesty, effective customer service, and aptitude for communication and presentation.
- Knowledgeable in computers.
