We are inviting suitable applicants to apply for the Recovery Officer posts. The chosen applicant will be in charge of recovering loan plans, negotiating repayment, and examining the financial situation of borrowers.
Responsibilities:
- Examining past-due accounts and choosing the best course of action for recovery.
- Making contact with debtors to establish repayment plans and bargain for advantageous conditions in order to collect debt.
- Obtaining unpaid bills from customers and meeting targets for collection on a regular basis.
- Keeping a current and accurate debtor’s record to show the state of the debts.
- Delivering precise and timely answers to questions and concerns.
- Respecting legal rules when collecting debt.
- Creating reports on allocated debt accounts on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
- One to two years of loan recovery experience.
- Outstanding interpersonal, negotiating, and communication skills.
