To lead, organize, and oversee the execution of the engineering function as a whole within the Operations team and SBL Site Facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Daily management and guidance to guarantee the efficient operation of all installed engineering plants and systems.
- Maintain optimal stock levels and spares availability for the entire plant’s machinery and equipment. You are also directly in charge of weekly reviews with the store manager to ensure safe stock levels and consumption patterns. Make sure all essential spares and other spares are available.
- Offer creative solutions and demonstrate a methodical approach to implementing and achieving water energy and RM reductions as well as increasing efficiency.
- Keep an eye on the site’s KPIs and make sure that you and your team are working together to reach the objectives.
Qualifications:
- Preferably a master’s degree or its equivalent.
- Any additional certifications from relevant professional bodies.
- Eight years of brewing and/or process exposure in the FMCG sector, five of those years spent in management.
- Comprehensive understanding of packaging, brewing, and utility plants; operational understanding of the generation and distribution of utilities.
