In charge of upholding inventory integrity through regular daily procedures, keeping ideal stock levels, supervising store employees to guarantee the satisfaction of engineering and other departments, and improving the caliber of services currently provided by the store.
Responsibilities:
- Satisfies retail operational requirements by finding opportunities for system enhancements, resolving issues, and submitting store information to strategic plans and evaluations.
- Support the daily cycle count by running reports, counting, entering data, and doing reconciliation.
- Physical inventory should be tracked and monitored throughout the store.
- Keeps storage space intact by planning floor space, following storage design guidelines, and suggesting enhancements.
- Make sure the stock item is shielded from corrosion, dust, and damage.
- Ensure that monthly physical counts, variance reconciliation, and other inventory management tasks are completed.
- Utilize established procedures to control material shortages, both anticipated and actual.
- Assure prompt attention to any short materials received from purchasing.
- Determine and record the inventory of essential spare parts.
- Identify slow-moving items by editing the aging report.
- Modify monthly reports to assess the success of the main store.
Qualifications:
- Five years of experience managing stores at the lead level in a large-scale company
- Knowledge of ports and terminals will be beneficial.
- Superb Planning and Execution Ability
- Group Headship
- Authority for ERP/Maximo
- Knowledgeable with inventory control methods.
